Principle and cleaning method of veneer dryer

　　In the drying process of veneer dryer, it is required to complete the heat and quality transfer together to ensure that the moisture partial pressure (concentration) on the surface of the material is higher than that in the external space, and that the heat source temperature is higher than the material temperature. The heat is transferred to the wet material from the high temperature heat source in various ways, which makes the moisture on the surface of the material vaporize and escape to the external space, so that the difference of the moisture content on the surface and inside of the material appears. The moisture in the inner part is dispersed to the outer surface and vaporized, so that the moisture content of the material decreases continuously, and the overall drying of the material is gradually completed.

　　At present, wood companies pay more and more attention to the cleaning and maintenance of drying equipment, but different drying equipment has different cleaning methods. Taking drum dryer as an example, after using drum type spray drying equipment, users need to clean and maintain the cylinder head for the next normal use.

　　At present, there are three cleaning methods of drum dryer, namely dry cleaning, wet cleaning and chemical cleaning. Among them, dry cleaning mainly refers to cleaning with brush, broom, vacuum cleaner, etc. Chemical washing methods can be divided into alkaline solution, acid and a variety of detergents. The so-called wet washing is not a simple washing with water or disinfectant. According to the manufacturer of the drying equipment, wet cleaning refers to the use of 60 to 80 degrees Celsius hot water to clean the drum spray head of the drum veneer dryer. The hot water in this range can ensure the nozzle is clean and sterilized.
