Advantage:

◆ the high temperature resistant tensile steel wire mesh belt is used to run in the dryer, the upper and lower layers of the belt run synchronously, and the wood chips to be dried are dried in the middle of the upper and lower layers of the mesh belt by the upper and lower mesh belt clamping operation.

◆ the machine adopts the scientific drying principle, uses the centrifugal fan to directly inject the hot air in the hot blast stove into the upper and lower air boxes in the machine, and the hot air is blown to the upper and lower mesh surfaces of the wood chips in operation through the nozzles of the upper and lower air boxes, so as to heat the wood chips evenly and play the role of drying.

◆ the planed wood chips are fed into the machine from the feeding port, and are clamped by the upper and lower net belts for relative operation. The drying effect is achieved through the upper and lower nozzles.

◆ adopt stepless speed change machine to adjust the feeding speed according to the thickness and moisture content of your chips, so as to achieve the ideal drying effect.

◆ steam heating, heat-transfer oil heating and hot blast furnace heating can be adopted, one of which can be selected by users.
